Biography
I joined the Ertürk Lab in March 2026 as an AI Scientist. My work focuses on 3D virtual H&E generation from 3D light-sheet microscopy images.
I completed my M.Sc. in Informatics at TUM and my B.Sc. in Computer Engineering at Boğaziçi University.
Research interests
3D virtual H&E generation from light-sheet microscopy images, machine learning, and biomedical imaging.
