PhD Students

Biography

My name is Antoine, and I completed my Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Genetics at the University of Bordeaux. In 2024, I moved to Paris, where I pursued a Master's degree in Immunology at Sorbonne University, including an exchange semester at the University of São Paulo in Brazil, where I started working on immuno-oncology. I then completed my Master's thesis at the Institut Pasteur, where my research focused on the development of novel mRNA-based cancer immunotherapies delivered locally into tumors using lipid nanoparticles, to enhance immune cell infiltration.

In October 2026, I joined the Nanotech team of the Ertürk Lab as a PhD student, where my research focuses on developing novel approaches leveraging lipid nanoparticles and other delivery vectors for in vivo immune cell engineering against cancer.

Outside the lab, I enjoy playing the drums and performing concerts on stage, exploring new recipes from different cultures and hiking as well as skiing in the mountains.

Research interests

Immunology, oncology, gene engineering, neuro-immunology, and targeted delivery.
